I’m eyeballing your flatware. It looks nice and heavy?? I’ve been scouring the earth for nice big, heavy flatware. I hate this flimsy stuff they’re passing off as forks and spoons recently.

I think I’ve read somewhere how really great fresh milk from a cow is for you. Of course, hopefully one that is a very happy cow. All of the food looks so yummy delicious.

I live about 5 miles from a goat farm that sells raw goat yogurt. It is sosososo delicious. When I have some, I want to put it on everything and judt drink it straight. It’s pretty much a liquid. I’m not sure about their milk. I believe they were made to pasteurize it. I’ll take this as my reminder to get on over there. The sell meats and eggs they raise too. This is a particularly tastly looking meal. I was thinking about you when I had the idea to make french toast out of waffles recently. If I do it, I’ll be sure to let you know. If you do it, I look forward to seeing it here. I mean the little squares would have the nutmeggy batter. Yum. Have you seen it before? I’ve seen folks do it the other way, waffle press french toast.

I’d like to try non-homogenized milk in my morning coffee… I rarely drink any sort of milk any more.

I recently found a place nearby that sells nonhomgenized milk. I believe it is still pasteruized. I need to check it out. I know their ice cream is fantastic!
