Poached eggs are my fav too, as long as they are cooked right! Medium poach please, solid white but runny yolk. MmmmmMmmm I think I know what I'm having for breakfast!! But, why do the poached eggs look completely white? I cannot detect any evidance of egg yolk in any of the pictures. Perhaps it is just because I have poor vision. I love poached eggs!
