Hi there! First of all, thanks for adding me to your blogroll. Second of all, I was browsing your site tonight and noticed this post on the Ouisi bistro. It immediately caught my eye because...I used to work there! Yup, for about eight months straight I served 100s of those "hash-it-outs," bleary-eyed and hungover as I may have been! You gave me a shot of nostalgia, that's for sure. Thanks for the post, and how I do miss their breakfasts. Next time, try their pancakes. They are UNREAL.

Oh there was some bright sunny yolks in there somewhere KJ because they ooozed all over my saucy taters. Poached eggs are my fav too, as long as they are cooked right! Medium poach please, solid white but runny yolk. MmmmmMmmm I think I know what I'm having for breakfast!!

The breakfasts look great! But, why do the poached eggs look completely white? I cannot detect any evidance of egg yolk in any of the pictures. Perhaps it is just because I have poor vision. I love poached eggs!
