					<description>WOW!  Leftover mashed and roasted potatoes all in the same breakfast!  Everything looks GREAT but I do not think I would ever have come up with putting stuffing in the eggs with the turkey.  I made mashed potato salad out of my leftover mashed potatoes.  Not a breakfast food, but really good.</description>
