I have had Eggs Benedict, Eggs Florentine, and the one with the salmon. Prosciutto with a smoked provolone cheese sauce sounds really good. Deep thought for today..... What if the health nuts decided that there should be Eggs Benedict with just eggs whites and no yolkes?....... Would that be called.....Eggs Benedict Arnold??? I too would have tried the Carmello.
