					<description>I like Marmite scraped onto buttered white toast.  Another thing that's good is mixing a bit of it with softened butted then spreading it on thin slices of squishy white bread.  I've never had Vegemite though, but I'd guess that that's a good way to use it too.</description>

As you become more Australian you will be able to cope with a thicker layer. In fact you will demand it. My tip is to have it on a nice slab of well-toasted sourdough, either white or multigrain. The classic Aussie breakfast.</description>
