Southwestern Egg Breakfast

I was cruising You Tube and came across this:

Doing eggs this way at low heat is the way to go.. it really makes for a nice texture. Just like the way my mum makes them!

    Wanted to share a great recipe for chewy banana-oat breakfast bars — yum! I make these all the time with a couple of modifications — I replace half of the white flour with whole wheat and use chopped walnuts instead of raisins. I also bake them in a smaller pan than the recipe calls for (about 8×8), so they come out thicker — more like a cake than bars. Enjoy!
