Espesso..
No, I didn’t make a typo in that title. Espesso is edible coffee.. and I wanna try it!
From Louisa Chu’s Movable Feast comes this:
“The name is a play on words: espresso + spesso - “thick” in Italian. It’s sturdy enough to stay put in an overturned cup, but deceptively light and airy, without the resistance of a traditional mousse, and delivers a surprisingly bold coffee flavor.”

Wow it’s been a very long time since I’ve been here. First of all congratulations on the wedding and all that. My fiancee and I plan to do the same in about 6 months or so.
Anyway, all of the food suff and goodies shown here look great. The egg timer’s pretty cool too, but I have a good old fashined digital timer that I’ll stick with.
